Collaborated with a third-party design firm to establish comprehensive style guides, UX direction, and visual hierarchy for redesigned Plow & Hearth online properties.

Led the project management of 5 separate e-commerce website migrations (Wind & Weather, Magic Cabin, Problem Solvers, Reuseit, and HearthSong) to a new unified platform.

Organized and analyzed user testing data (both remote and in-person) demonstrating a substantial 25% increase in user engagement across all migrated sites.
