Role: UX Manager, Design Leadership – Colonial Williamsburg

Goals and Involvement:

• Collaborated with third-party design/development firm to establish style guide, provide UX leadership/oversight, define visual hierarchy, and manage web property development.
• Provided project management leadership to launch new product/web property.
• Led Agile methodology meetings (daily/weekly/monthly), client syncs, and executive updates throughout project lifecycle.
• Managed cross-team collaboration with Colonial Williamsburg divisions as their designated service provider.
