As I worked under James as a design applications analyst and him as my design manager, he always had the best interest of the team. He not only worked with us as our manager, but also as a mentor. He does not micromanage, which I absolutely love because he allows you to hold your own self accountable, as a manager should. He always has quick responses when it comes to his employees questions and needs whether it’s benefits related, work related, or even for personal life advice.
James pushes his employees to grow within their career and as an individual. He is very easy to talk to and you can genuinely tell that he cares personally about his teammates. He is very knowledgeable about UX design and as a People leader. He adapts to change well and stays up-to-date with the latest technologies. James is a prime example of innovation. It has been a pleasure working with him, and I have nothing but good things to say about him.
