I had the pleasure of working with Jim on the Cotiviti Employee Committee. Jim was one of two co-leads for this highly active employee engagement team. As the committee’s executive sponsor, I regularly worked with Jim on a variety of projects. Jim was instrumental in taking the Committee from its initial mandate as a party planning group to an integrated element of the employee experience. During Cotiviti’s COVID-19 response, the Cotiviti Employee Committee quickly reorganized itself to offer connection and engagement activities and events through virtual channels. Jim was always full of ideas, relentlessly encouraging, and passionate about bringing the employees of Cotiviti together.
