Jim is an absolutely exceptional person. Certainly one of the best managers that I have worked with. His strong work ethic as well as superior leadership skills put him head and shoulders above the rest. He backs you up when you are right and redirects/coaches you when you have missed the mark. This allows you to grow professionally and personally as an individual and team member. He truly knows how to bring out the best in his people.
