When I began working with Cotiviti (aka Verscend) I assessed the technology teams capabilities. It became clear the product management and technology groups lacked a strong vision and brand strategy.
I engaged Jim with developing a brand guide to be utilized within my organization’s application portfolio. His delivery and vision were so successful and respected, we realigned Jim and his team under the CIO so we could expand his vision across the entire Cotiviti ecosystem.
Jim was also able to balance his workload with contributing as an employee advocate, designed team logos and launched a R&D site for communication and brand awareness. His contributions were considerable, and it was a pleasure to work with him on these projects.
