Goals and Involvement:

• In collaboration with third-party design/development firm, established style guide, UI/UX direction, visual hierarchy and development of redesigned web properties
• Provided project manager leadership for 5 separate Plow & Hearth, LLC ecommerce web property migrations to new single platform
• Leveraged Agile methodology, leading weekly/daily design and development, ecommerce meetings, as well as including C-Suite on overall project development/milestones
• Cross team collaboration/management within Plow & Hearth divisions as well as vendor management with peer vendor project manager and vendor platform development team
• Organized, documented, and summarized remote and in-person user testing sessions for 5 migrated ecommerce web properties (Wind & Weather, Magic Cabin, Problem Solvers, Reuseit, and HearthSong)
• Provided hands-on front-end development (HTML/CSS/Iconography/Product Visuals) to both pre-migration and post-migration ecommerce web properties
